‘Changing Face of Brighton’ Mural

The ‘Changing face of Brighton’ is a photographic timeline of Brighton installed in the local shopping centre, Churchill Square.

Using archive photography of Brighton from the James Gray Collection, we revisited iconic Brighton views to see how they have changed over the years. The timeline tracks highlights in the city’s history since the 1880’s and provides a fascinating visual timeline.

I created the design and layout, with photography by Chris Jewell and archive photography from The James Gray Collection.
